We offer two types of pork.One of them uses black pork from Kagoshima, commonly known as the "black diamond."It is characterized by its unique umami and sweetness, which is produced by feeding it sweet potatoes during its growth period.The other is "Seto Momiji Pork", which is raised on the rich bounty of the Seto Inland Sea.This is a brand of pork from Hiroshima that is raised healthy and delicious on oyster shells from Hiroshima Prefecture, which are rich in high-quality minerals and amino acids.
